Innovative eLearning platform for a premier business school
Challenge
The Stanford Graduate School of Business is one of the most respected business schools in the world and the team at Stanford were keen to adopt newer, more innovative means of leadership training and extending Stanford’s unique brand of learning beyond its on-campus student population. Stanford, made a pioneering choice to offers users from around the world a host of online learning content (including video, case studies and other teaching and learning resources) and chose Calcey as the partner to build the e-learning solution
Solution
Stanford’s extended team at Calcey built out a comprehensive e-learning solution encompassing multiple types of content and learning resources organized across 12-14 leadership topics. The Calcey team built the application using Python and hosted the solution on AWS with a MySQL backend, also integrating in Single Sign On to better facilitate Stanford’s enterprise client base.

Calcey’s innovative design and solution have enabled Stanford’s leadership programs to dramatically increase their reach and effectiveness, and the solution is now used across the top 50 U. S.
