Biocompare Antibody Search
Calcey has implemented a feature-rich cloud-based search solution for ComapreNetworks’s B2B product marketing platform. Product search results are weighted based on relevancy parameters set for the different product metadata, by the site administrators. The search results are filtered based on the user's location (Geo-targeted search). Furthermore, the administrators can rank products by their business value and render them as featured products. These search augmentation operations had to be performed on a database of 2.8 million products, tagged with over 40 million specifications records that needed to be individually queried. The hybrid technical solution comprises of high-performance database queries deployed on dedicated servers bridged with an Amazon EC2 implementation of Elastic Search.
