Requirements:
	Must know .NET including C#, ASP.net, and SQL Server very well. Knowledge of VB, web services, and VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office, which allows building add-on products for Outlook, Excel, Word, etc), would be a definite plus. Prior experience in XML technologies including XML Schema and DTDs is preferred. Prior experience in implementing Web services is preferred

Qualifications:
	Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
	At least 3 years development experience
	Strong organizational skills including task prioritization, time management, and risk identification and mitigation
	Ability to take the initiative, and thrive in a faced paced environment
	Understanding of product/project workflow processes including requirements gathering and use cases, analysis & design, implementation, testing, and deployment
