Senior developer is responsible for implementing products and services around industry leading on-demand (SaaS - software as a service) CRM, ERP, and eCommerce services such as NetSuite, Siebel OnDemand, SugarCRM and Salesforce.com. Part of the developer’s responsibilities include building an integration framework on top of a well known 3^rd party ESB platform. You will be fully trained on these platforms and APIs.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Strong overall technical and coding skills.

At least 3+ years development experience

Very strong experience in Java and general object-oriented methodologies.

Prior experience in SOAP based Web Services is a bonus.

Prior experience and proficiency in XML technologies including XML Schema and DTDs is a bonus

Prior experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) products—such as ServiceMix, Mule, BEA AquaLogic, etc—is a bonus.

General experience building web based applications

Thorough understanding of product/project workflow processes including requirements gathering and use cases, analysis & design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, and risk identification, mitigation and great communication skills.
